We've added more depth to Root Cause Analysis, especially for Funnel charts. With the latest update, your funnel analysis now comes with enhanced insights based on the configurations you choose. Timely data is vital for accurate decision-making, so we’ve added the ability for users to set their own Salesforce data refresh intervals. You can now choose to refresh data at intervals of 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours, directly from the Basic Info page. This feature ensures you’re always working with the most current data without manual intervention.

📈 Stacked Percentage for Tabular Charts
Our Stacked Percentage feature allows you to plot percentage value distributions and calculate delta percentages (comparing current values with previous ones) directly in your tabular reports. Whether you're measuring growth or decline over a specific time frame, this feature provides a clearer comparison by visualizing changes in percentage terms.
Why it’s useful:
For instance, if you’re evaluating the performance of different sales reps, the weightage metric can reveal each rep’s impact relative to others over time.
